As a non-vintage wine, this is a combination of many years’ energy, efforts, and hard work. For a consistently excellent style, and quality, this is made up of over 85% Grands and Premiers crus.
Cellar-aged for more than twice the time required by the appellation.
Tasting Note: A beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit and spice, hints of roasted apples, apple compote, and peaches. Upon tasting, there’s a subtle combination of structure, length and velvety bubbles. Pear, brioche and spicy continue through from the nose, with notes of fresh walnut.
