👁 In the Glass:
Bright ruby with a purple hue—lively and youthful.

👃 On the Nose:
Expressive and fruit-forward. Bursting with notes of red cherry, blackberry, and plum, lifted by hints of violet, fresh herbs, and a touch of sweet spice.

👅 On the Palate:
Fresh and energetic. Silky red fruit flavours dominate, supported by zesty acidity and a supple mouthfeel. The oak influence is subtle, letting the fruit shine through a clean, elegant finish.

Perfect with pasta al ragù, grilled sausages, mushroom risotto, or pizza with prosciutto and rocket. Its acidity also makes it a brilliant companion to tomato-based dishes.
