🌟 A deep and soulful Priorat—intense, mineral, and steeped in tradition.
👁 In the Glass:
Opaque ruby with dark garnet edges—rich and concentrated.
👃 On the Nose:
Bold and aromatic. Dark cherry, black plum, and wild berries are laced with notes of graphite, Mediterranean herbs, and smoky slate minerality, with a touch of toasted spice from oak ageing.
👅 On the Palate:
Structured and powerful. Dense layers of ripe black fruit are framed by firm tannins and vibrant acidity. Earthy, mineral undertones and a savoury edge lead into a long, textured finish with great depth and resonance.
🍽 Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled lamb, venison stew, smoky eggplant dishes, or aged Manchego. A commanding red that pairs beautifully with bold, robust cuisine.
⏳ Ageing Potential:
Enjoy now with decanting or cellar for 10–15 years to reveal its full depth and complexity.
✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Vall Por is a true expression of Priorat’s dramatic terroir—combining old-vine intensity, slate-driven minerality, and a timeless sense of place. A wine of power, authenticity, and lasting impression.
