Crisp and beautifully dry Gros Manseng. Grapefruits and baked lemon flavours flesh, with lovely stone fruits. Citrus-led, with fragrant, zesty lime and tangy passion fruit linking up with some tropical notes all driven home with by a wall of vibrant acidity. Nice to see modern, fruity, fresh styles of white coming out of France’s south-west. Pure, clean, great expression of the grape, palate-cleansing and very moreish!
