Castel de Paolis stands among Frascati’s finest producers, and this Superiore exemplifies why. Sourced from volcanic soils in the Castelli Romani hills southeast of Rome, this blend of Malvasia and Greco grapes delivers crisp minerality with subtle stone fruit and white flower notes.
This vintage shows excellent freshness and structure; it is ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, light pasta, and fresh cheeses. A benchmark expression of this historic Roman white wine region.
An intense and aromatic Frascati, with notes of juicy exotic fruits complemented by floral and lime zest top notes and culminating in a long, saline and mineral finish
