This is a lovely new wine to us, the winery is owned by Cantina Povero whose wines have become really popular. This is ripe, juicy cherry fruited Barbera, has a touch of spice and some blacker fruits creaping in, best served with a light chill and this is a great barbecue wine and it works really well with tomato based dishes too.
