Nose: Summer on the beach as this dram opens up to a rich and fruity note with the maritime notes throughout with smoked meats, caramel and seaweed, a dash of soft pepper with a little dry oak.
Palate: A rich aromatic Islay on the nose follows on the palate! rich with a sweet malt tone, some BBQ charred oak, smoked fish and fishing rope seem to shine so much with a classic Islay briny single malt.
