A rich and flavour filled single malt from Caol Ila
Nose: Salt and sweet peat, salted caramel and rich golden crisp crunchie bars, some lemon and vanilla with a touch of salt water taffy.
Palate: Some spiced pears and crushed vanilla pod, hints of smoke and rich tropical fruits, warming peat and smouldering wood smoke, dried apricots and soft pepper.
