Rob and Jo, two Leeds locals, first went to Argentina in 2011 and immediately fell in love with the country. Owning a vineyard wasn’t ever in their sights when the first went over but as they travelled and grew their love wine, their desire to make wine grew. They now have an acre of vineyard that lies in the Uco Valley at the base of the Andes. The name Cada Nube means ‘every cloud’.

Tasting Notes
Made using grapes sourced from Rob & Jo’s acre of vineyard and two neighbouring owners this wine aims to showcase the natural characteristics of Cab Franc combined with the freshness of altitude. Hand harvested on 5th March 2024 to retain natural acidity, fermentation in a one ton stainless steel at temperatures between 13c to 17c follows a short maceration on the skins to provide pale pink colour.
A dry style Rose with body and ideal to be paired with food as well as drinking on its own. Lovely long finish.
