Susi and Douglas Jacobsohn’s family estate in East Sussex faces south-west so is ideally suited for producing English sparkling wine. Since their first vintage release their wines have been critically acclaimed. This Cuvée Brut is based on a majority of Chardonnay with equal parts Pinots Noir and Meunier.
Crisp and rounded, this English sparkling wine has lovely fresh citrus acidity with green apple notes backed up by a flinty minerality.
