Another beautifully selected bottle from Chorlton Whisky. This one is a 14-year-old from Bruichladdich, matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel and bottled at natural cask strength of 57.9%.
Nose: Farmyard hay, coastal peat and tangerine peel.
Palate: Candied lemon peel, buttered toast with apricot jam and rich stone fruits.
Finish: Waxy and oily with lingering citrus.
