🍷 Bressia – ‘Profundo’: A Deep, Harmonious Blend from Luján de Cuyo 🇦🇷
Argentina, Mendoza – Luján de Cuyo | Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah
Rich, refined, and profoundly expressive, Bressia’s Profundo is a masterful blend from the heart of Mendoza. Combining Malbec’s lush fruit with Cabernet’s structure, Merlot’s softness, and Syrah’s spice, this is a red that speaks of both place and precision—deeply layered, beautifully crafted, and built to impress.
🍒 Bold, Silky & Elegantly Complex:
The nose is intense and inviting, with dark plum, black cherry, vanilla, and warm oak notes. On the palate, it’s opulent and concentrated yet balanced by finesse—flavours of ripe berries, cherry, and blackberry unfold with polish and depth, carried by fine tannins and a long, smooth finish.
🌄 A Statement Wine from Mendoza’s Foothills:
Crafted by Walter Bressia, one of Argentina’s most respected winemakers, Profundo reflects both the heritage of Luján de Cuyo and a bold vision for Argentine blending. It’s a wine of substance, showing the full potential of Mendoza’s vineyards and climate.
🍽️ Perfect with Bold, Meaty Dishes:
Pair with grilled ribeye, a rack of lamb, or barbecue short ribs. Ideal for special dinners, weekend roasts, or a fireside glass with rich, savoury food.
✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Bressia Profundo lives up to its name—it’s deep, resonant, and beautifully layered. For lovers of full-bodied reds with elegance and Argentinian soul, this is a standout that overdelivers in every way.
