Always good- it’s extremely delicious with this latest release. Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne (co-fermented), Clairette and Bourboulenc (co-fermented). c30% aged in oak for 6 months. Lots of peachy fruit, spice a touch of herb with a gently creamy mid-palate. Crucially the wine is fresh and has decent acidity. Cracking example.
