This year’s batch reexamines the relationship between bourbon barrel character and Madagascar vanilla with one of the most expressive vanilla profiles. Conditioned on 140 pounds of Madagascar vanilla beans and meticulously blended from carefully aged bourbon barrels, this year’s vintage opens with rich aromas of vanilla and oak, followed by dark chocolate and bourbon.
