“Cappupino Ccinotage Pinotage is a very seductive Pinotage expressing the delicious mocha flavors of ground coffee and cacao.
In our view the quintessential earthiness and sweet red berry flavors of Pinotage were possibly being overpowered by too much wood in some cases.
Would it therefore be possible to make a seductive wine with the focus on softer mocha and ground coffee flavours, while retaining the inherent fruity attractiveness of the cultivar? We believe we got it right with Cappupino Ccinotage. You will not grow tired of it.”
