Bodegas Tradicion were founded in 1998 by a group of sherry families who wanted to make top aged sherries. They have access to soleras, containing fantastic aged sherries and are able to create these world-renowned wines. A blend of Oloroso (70%) and then some PX to add the unctuous sweet rich body. This is the first cream to have an age designation and is a serious wine. Rasin, date, fig, wood, cinnamon, marmalade, walnut all in great balance between dry and sweet.
