🌟 An expressive white with Mediterranean charm—richly aromatic, creamy in texture, and bursting with freshness from lees ageing.

👁 In the Glass:
Bright pale straw with golden reflections.

👃 On the Nose:
Lifted aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and citrus zest, interwoven with hints of fennel, wild herbs, and subtle brioche from time on the lees.

Smooth and rounded with excellent texture. Stone fruit and citrus flavours lead, supported by a creamy mid-palate and a crisp, mineral-driven finish.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Perfect with grilled sea bass, lemon-roast chicken, or creamy vegetable risottos.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Enjoy within 2–4 years to capture its aromatic freshness and textured profile.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Blanco Sobre Lías is a brilliant example of how lees ageing adds depth and complexity to a white wine. It’s layered, fresh, and balanced—ideal for lovers of richer whites with personality and poise.
