Nose: Spiced oak and sherry tones from the start, with hints of fresh cut heather and wet whisky barrels, some nutty sherry and sweet spice tones one the nose are so tempting.
Plate: Crispy sweet and succulent dark fruits and hints of spiced chocolate and nuts, fruit cake and creamy with a decadent vanilla and rich fudge to coat the palate before a zesty and refreshing finish.
