“An Organic Bacchus and a one-off wine. Elderflowers and hawthorn on the nose, just a bundle of warm British hedgerows. The palate has a nudge of sweetness, ad then it dries up to a soft, fresh, savoury flavour. There is nice balance to it too. A summery wine.”
Blackbook is a winery in a Victorian railway arch in London. They select grapes from vineyards England and use low levels of sulphur an indigenous ferments and aren’t afraid to experiment and try new blends and styles.
