👁 In the Glass:
Light crimson with a translucent ruby glow—inviting and elegant.

👃 On the Nose:
Aromas of wild berries and raspberry compote, layered with soft cocoa, a dash of clove, and a hint of rose petal.

👅 On the Palate:
Lush red fruit—think cherry pie filling and strawberry syrup—meets a fine dusting of spice. The palate is silky and light on its feet, yet surprisingly persistent. A gentle sweetness of fruit is balanced by bright acidity and a lightly spiced, savory finish.

Pair with roasted duck, grilled vegetables, Moroccan tagine, or even a gourmet cheeseburger. Also shines slightly chilled on a warm day.

Best enjoyed over the next 3–5 years to savour its vibrant charm, though it may surprise with added nuance if aged carefully.
