Basil Hayden’s Bourbon / 40% / 70cl
Nose: Vanilla and soft caramel, some soft fruit buns with a honey and cinnamon glaze, apple and brown soft golden sugar, candied fruits and toasted oak.
Palate: The nose and palate are working in harmony from the start, some caramel and toasted oak, soft vanilla fudge and dried summer fruits, spices with a hint of cracked pink pepper pods, tangy vanilla and apricots. An abundance of creamy soft fruits take us to a superb lingering smooth finish
