A beautiful pot and column distilled Barbados rum, selected and bottled by Thompson Bros. The label displays artwork by KK Hiroshima.

Nose: Chamomile, Eucalyptus oil, herbaceous with notes of rosemary and a little menthol.

Palate: Farmyard notes with more mint from the nose. Really funky with over-ripe fruit, balanced by tobacco and olive brine.

Finish: Farm and funk with ginger cake and cloves.
