Nose: Rich and very fruity on the front and mid palate, honey and vanilla along side some leather bound books, creamy spices and soft oak.
Palate: Some citrus and rich vanilla, shortbread, nutmeg, lemon cheesecake, whipped cream and dry oats with hints of Demerara sugar, sweet citrus and golden honey coated oats and white chocolate chunks.
