Artisan Spirits from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Heralding the dawning of a new era for Balblair, this 12 year old marks the transition from vintage to age statements for the Highland distillery. It’s a fine way to start off, a leathery and zesty expression that was matured for those years in American oak casks and ex bourbon casks
In the fine balance of fruit, spice and sweetness, Balblair 12 Year Old encapsulates the gentle charisma of the Highlands. Elegant and approachable, this is the defining expression of Balblair Distillery, one to which all others refer.
