Named after Jim Beams nephew Baker Beam this small batch Bourbon has been aged for 7 years in Kentucky with an ABV of 53.5%
Nose: Soft caramel and dark fruits with a hint all-spice and truffle sauce .
Palate: Vanilla pod, some soft brown sugar with pomegranate, more rich dark fruits and hints of chocolate, a little nutty caramel bars and soft spices.
