Tasting Note
“This lovely Chardonnay comes from an estate that was established in 1873 and hit has lovely peach and pear flavours with some floral notes as well. The palate is well integrated with dried stone fruit ad a lovely oaky element too.”
Product
The estate was bought in the early 1990s by the Cowley family, when it was a cattle farm. They found thatfor fifty years in the late 19th and early 20th century it actually produced wine and they decided that this was the direction to take the farm for the 21st century.
