👃 On the Nose:
Fragrant and lifted. Aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, and red plum are woven with hints of rose petal, forest floor, and subtle spice.

Light to medium-bodied with fine texture. Juicy red berry fruit is balanced by lively acidity and smooth, elegant tannins. Notes of savoury spice and a touch of earthiness add depth to the graceful, persistent finish.

🍽 Food Pairing:
Perfect with duck breast, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, or herb-crusted lamb. A versatile red for refined yet approachable dishes.

⏳ Ageing Potential:
Delicious now for its vibrancy and charm, but will evolve over 5–7 years, developing added complexity and silkiness.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
