Assyrtiko Selection is Astir X’s crisp, mineral-driven white from Leonti in Corinthia, Greece.
It opens with rich mineral aromas layered with ripe orchard fruit, then pours a bright golden-yellow in the glass.
The palate is dense and focused, with vibrant, mouth-watering acidity that lifts the wine’s natural complexity and keeps everything beautifully precise.
The finish is long, refined and quietly powerful, and it has the structure to age gracefully if you can resist opening it now.
