Argiolas – Isola dei Nuraghi ‘Turriga’

The Isola dei Nuraghi Rosso Turriga wine from Cantina Argiolas comes from the vineyards of the homonymous estate, located in Selegas, Sardinia.

It is produced from carefully selected grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature of 28 – 32 ° C and macerated for about 16-18 days, with good use of the délestage technique. The wine is then placed in new French oak barrels where it rests for 18-24 months and, once bottled, it is refined for another 12-14 months.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a rich and complex bouquet of red fruits and wood, enriched with notes of aromatic spices and graphite. On the palate it is balanced, fine and persistent, with an excellent structure.

The Turriga Isola dei Nuraghi Rosso IGT from Argiolas impresses with its full-bodied and velvety character, which arises from exquisite aging in French Barriques.
