Nose: Cream citrus zest, hints of honey and a soft melon note, some gentle iodine coastal notes, peat and charred wood
Palate: Orchard fruits, Iodine and vanilla opening the palate, smoke and herbal notes, dark vanilla and salted toffee caramel, candied citrus peels, dark fruit cake, crispy seaweed and a touch of sweet spices, harbour ropes and a floral fruity edges in the lingering finish.
