Nose: With a sweet candied orange and soft cocoa aroma to start this rum off, some sweet and succulent summer fruits, Dark dried fruits like figs, dates and damson’s, demerara sugar and a soft sweet spice.
Palate: A nice front opening on the palate of vanilla and hints of toffee with a dash of cinnamon and all spice, crushed almonds, creamy soft caramel and a little hint of golden crisp wafers and orange fondant filling.
