Highly aromatic with layers of jasmine, citrus blossom, and ripe stone fruits. Notes of peach, lime zest, and a touch of exotic spice create a bouquet that’s both floral and refined.

Fresh and textured with beautifully balanced acidity. Flavours of nectarine, green melon, and lemon curd are wrapped in a silky mouthfeel, leading to a mineral-driven, clean finish. Elegant and expressive with a touch of saline finesse from its mountainous origin.
