Akitu A1, Pinot Noir, 6x75cl

🍷 Akitu A1 – Pinot Noir: A Profound Expression from the Edge of the World 🌄
New Zealand, Central Otago – Wanaka | Pinot Noir | Case of 6 x 75cl

From the dramatic alpine slopes of Wanaka, Akitu A1 is a masterfully structured Pinot Noir—poised, intense, and built to evolve. Grown at the southernmost reaches of New Zealand’s wine country, this is a wine that speaks softly at first, but promises a symphony of complexity with time and air.

🍒 Refined, Aromatic & Tightly Wound:
Initial aromas offer a quiet but captivating bouquet: graphite, brown spice, and wild herbs layered over dark plums and ripe cherries. Hints of dark rose petal and sous bois (forest floor) emerge slowly, revealing a wine of serious aromatic density and detail. The palate is compact, fine-boned, and powerful beneath its graceful exterior.

🌿 Cool Climate Purity with Age-Worthy Depth:
Crafted with precision and patience, Akitu A1 is a Pinot that rewards contemplation. Its cool climate origins and meticulous handling create a wine of purity and persistence—one that will unfold beautifully over the coming years.

🍽️ Perfect for Elegant, Savoury Pairings:
Pair with duck breast, truffle risotto, roasted game, or wild mushroom dishes. Ideal for cellaring or special occasions that call for something thoughtful and deeply expressive.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:
Akitu A1 is a wine of quiet confidence—layered, elegant, and built to last. For lovers of fine Pinot Noir with restraint, tension, and a story in every glass, this is a standout from one of the world’s most remote and beautiful wine regions.
