Aerolite Lyndsay 10 Year Old 46% Vol
This is one of those mystery Islay single malts that has some guessing and some claiming to know its origins for sure!
Nose: Dark and mostly maritime peat, as this dram sits in the glass a rich and abundant iodine and sweeter notes flow together, with some parchment aromas and dark chocolate.
Palate: Rich smoke and peat with a refreshing tome in the mid palate, some dried fruits with a touch of lemon and mint, salted caramel and hard sweet candy / Toffee, hints of burning embers and soft creamy fruit bars.
This is a smoke and peat fans dream dram.
