Abasolo is a Mexican corn whiskey crafted from 100% white corn, delivering a distinctive character that sets it apart from traditional grain whiskies. Aged in new American oak, it develops a smooth, approachable profile with subtle complexity.
On the nose, expect warm corn sweetness with hints of vanilla and oak spice.
The palate opens with creamy corn notes, followed by gentle caramel, toasted grain, and a whisper of black pepper.
The finish is clean and warming, with lingering sweetness and a touch of oak dryness.
Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open up its flavours. Works beautifully in cocktails where its unique corn character can shine through.
