A.D. Rattray’s independent bottling captures the essence of Islay’s coastal character in this 10-year-old expression finished in sherry cask. Expect robust peat smoke interwoven with rich dried fruit, warming spice, and a hint of maritime salt. The sherry maturation adds depth and complexity, softening the whisky’s natural intensity while enhancing its natural sweetness. Bottled at natural strength without chill filtration, this is a full-flavoured dram for those who appreciate authentic, uncompromised Islay whisky. A.D. Rattray’s reputation for quality cask selection shines through in every pour.
