Our latest pink addition for sipping in Summer, and throughout the year: Tribu Rose.
Tasting Note: A bright pink wine, whose lively bouquet reveals delicate citrus nuances. On the palate, it offers a vibrant fruity selection, blending grapefruit and lychee, enhanced by an elegant freshness that will delight your senses with every tasting.
Winemaking: Fresh fruit flavour is the order of the day so the team uses gentle whole-bunch pressing followed by low-temperature fermentation. There’s gentle stirring of the lees to build additional body and texture. Early bottling preserves the vibrant character.
Pairing Suggestions: Delightful on the patio with tomatoes and mozzarella, stuffed zucchini flowers, perhaps a grilled red mullet and new potatoes, or with a crème brûlée and strawberries.
Origin: Maury, Cotes Catalanes, France
