An inviting organic orange wine made from Catarratto, offering amber hue, delicate tannins and a fragrant array of stone fruit and spice.
Grapes undergo a short skin contact period (24–36 hours) before gentle pressing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts occurs in stainless steel, then the wine is aged briefly on lees to develop texture while retaining freshness.
Sensale Bio Orange stands out for its approachable style: an elegant gateway to orange wines that balances tradition with modern finesse, all at an exceptional price.
Pairing Suggestions: Serve with grilled calamari, roasted root vegetables or chèvre tartlets.
Tasting Note: Amber gold with aromas of dried apricot, honey and subtle spice; the palate is full bodied yet fresh, with stone fruit flavours and a clean, zesty finish.
