Domaine Régis Jouan is a small family estate in the Loire Valley that farms vineyards in the Menetou-Salon appellation just south of Sancerre. Working with just 5ha of Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone and Kimmeridgian marl soils, the domaine focuses on clean, pure expressions of this classic Loire variety, fermented and aged simply in stainless steel to highlight freshness and terroir.
