This vividly pale Malbec Rosé captures the freshness of Mendoza’s high altitude vineyards and is an ideal choice for alfresco entertaining or light spring menus.
Made from 100% Malbec grapes hand picked in cooler nights and early mornings to preserve aromatic purity. Cold maceration on skins for just six hours delivers a delicate salmon hue and bright red fruit character.
Winemaking: After gentle whole cluster pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 12–14°C. The wine is racked off its lees promptly to maintain crispness and bottled early to preserve vibrancy.
Pairing Suggestions: Perfect alongside ceviche, grilled prawns or a summer vegetable terrine for vegetarian diners.
Tasting Note: Bright scents of wild strawberries and watermelon lead to a crisp palate where cranberry and blood orange mingle with a subtle floral lift and a dry, refreshing finish.
