A light, long-drinking red wine, made with freshness, harmony and sweetness in mind. Wine created for chilled consumption during hot summer days as an alternative to refreshing whites and rosés. For this purpose, Tempranillo, Mantonegro and Merlot grapes have been selected and fermented with indigenous yeasts, seeking the minimum extraction and maceration.
Tasting Note: Pale ruby colour and low robe. Nose of delicate bouquet with aromas of ripe red fruits, light notes of coffee, tobacco, cherry and currants. Smoky notes from its brief time in oak barrels. The palate is light, sweet and silky in texture. Fresh and balanced with notes of red fruits and smoke that remind us of its nose. A refreshing and appealing red wine.
