The finest hand-picked Barossa fruit that’s basket pressed, barrel fermented, and matured in French oak. This gives the wine a depth and character of the finest Loire Chenins, but layered with the sunny fruit of South Australia.
Tasting Note: Lifted and vibrant, this is no exception. The nose shows pear, citrus, tropical fruit and wet stone. The palate is awash with pear, passionfruit, lemon drops, honey and chamomile tea. Great acidity to keep it linear and focused on the finish. Yum!
