2023 ‘Les Cerisiers’ Côtes du Rhône Rosé

Using the characteristic ‘rosé de presse’ technique as soon as the grapes are harvested, just as the most noteworthy rosés of Provence, this Côtes du Rhône is gently pressed to extract the optimum amount of aromatics and flavour with as few tannins as possible.

Cool fermentation and aging in steel tanks preserve these delicate flavor notes and hue.

Tasting Note: With its classic salmon-pink color, this elegant, gastronomic, rosé exudes delicate perfumed aromas of rosehip, wild berry blossoms, and cherries. On the palate, it boasts robust, textured berry fruit, further accompanied by a delicious raspberry freshness to culminate in a wondrously balanced and moreish finish.
