South Africa and Chenin Blanc go hand in hand but this one is a few steps ahead of the pack.
Wild yeast fermentation, followed by maturation in a mix of second and third fill French oak barrels give this so much depth and charm.
Tasting Note: An elegant, perfumed example of Chenin Blanc with symphonic notes of white peaches, orange zest, jasmine, citrus, freshly cut Granny Smith apple, white flowers and a whiff of river pebbles. Hints of buttered toast and the faintest expression of oak.
Origin: Franschhoek, South Africa
Alcohol: 13.5%
Blend: Chenin Blanc
