A blend of all 13 permitted Chateauneuf grape varieties. The vines are planted to a density of 3500 vines per hectare and trained to the Goblet system. Average vine age is 55 years and all the grapes are picked by hand. After harvest the grapes are destalked if the stalks are not ripe enough and put into tank to go through alcoholic fermentation with naturel yeast. 14 months ageing in oak barrels before bottling.
Tasting Note: Beautiful, elegant nose with mature red fruits, liquorice and pepper notes. Well balanced silky mouth, mature fruits, sweet spices with harmonious tannins.
