‘Changeon’ is the river that was originally diverted for the watermills of Bourgueil to operate and David chose this name as it passes near the domaine and is symbolic of his new direction. There are twelve hectares of vines, with eleven hectares of Cabernet Franc and half a hectare each of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc.
Soft, juicy Cabernet Franc red from younger vines. Matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, this cuvée owes its deliciously fruity character to the carefully selected harvest date.
Tasting Note: The nose shows bright aromas of wild berries and raspberries, typical of the 2023 vintage. The palate is smooth and full of fresh fruit, with a touch of sweet acidity, finishing
with a pleasant hint of cherry.
