We love this rosé for its versatility and approachable style, where it’s fantastic as a crisp, fresh, aperitif, or robust enough to stand up to barbecued fish and summer vegetable risotto.
Tasting Note: A light and elegant wine, with a pink salmon colour. This is bursting with wonderful aromas of fresh pomegranate and raspberry, creamy notes and subtle hints of white blossom and fresh cut hay following through to the palate. Dry and smooth, with delicate yet lively acidity.
