Grafenreben is composed of a clay-limestone base facing southeast. It is the ideal terroir for Riesling.
Pairing Suggestions: Fish terrines, marinated and grilled fish, coq au Riesling, fresh goat cheeses and cooked pressed cheeses (Emmental, Gruyère, fruity Comté, Beaufort…)
Tasting Note: Intense and saline, with nuances of white stone fruits (peach, apricot). These Rieslings are dominated by a full and smooth acidity, with great purity of fruit.
Origin: Alsace, France
Alcohol: 13.0%
Blend: Riesling
