Today, the Bott-Geyl estate comprises 18 hectares, including 6 Grands Crus, 3 Lieu-Dits and 1 historic Clos. The focus has been on organic and biodynamic winemaking since 2000.
Bill’s One-Liner: Intense but classy. This stone-fruit driven Pinot Gris offers a subtly honeyed nose with hints of smoke. Grilled Chicken and a summer salad would be great, but we love it with baked Vacherin and charcuterie.
