Red wine made from the most ancient organic vineyards of the Povero family, which extend over a hill of Roero, where the geological and climatic conditions are the most suitable for a very sensitive vine such as Nebbiolo.
Aged for 24 months in Piedmontese tonneaux of Slavonian oak.
Tasting Note: The delicately fragrant bouquet becomes ethereal over time. On the palate, there’s intense floral and fruity notes of dried roses, violets, raspberry, blackberry, citrus, and almond. It becomes earthier and spicy over time, showing berries, with a balsamic whiff. The tannins are dense and velvety, well-integrated into the structure.
Origin: Piedmont, Italy
Blend: Nebbiolo
